Please note that for security purposes, a member of staff will then need to contact you on the telephone number provided to verify your identity and complete the registration process. Once all details have been verified, a PIN can be sent securely via SMS or by post. Please also note that you must be 16 or over to register for both online banking and for access to our app.

When you log in, you will be asked for your member number, date of birth and PIN. We ensure that your personal data is encrypted on our servers. For additional security, please make sure that you are accessing your account privately and your screen is not visible to people passing by.
