Our members are the reason we exist. Bit dramatic, we know. But true all the same. In a recent 1872° Member Temperature Check survey, 95% of our members agreed with the statement... Although Credit Unions have been recognised nationally for exceptional Customer Experience by The CX Company for the last 9 years in a row, it's particularly heartening to see that mirrored in local sentiment too.
